L P Adams is excited to announce that over the next month we will be installing a software package called “iNet“. As a result of this change we will be discontinuing mailing out invoices on a weekly basis as this change will enable the invoices to be either faxed or e-mailed to our customers. Customers who do not choose to elect the transmittal of the invoices by fax or e-mail can request a copy of the invoice to be printed at the point of sale to take with them. In addition the month end statements that are generated can either be faxed or e-mailed to our customers, we will continue to mail those that do not elect to give us an e-mail address or fax number. In instituting this change we believe it will be a “win/win“ situation for our customers and L P Adams. Our customers will have the information required on a timelier basis and enable them to store this information electronically instead of filing hard copies in a file cabinet for future reference. In participating in this program our customers will be helping L P Adams in saving the limited natural resources and we THANK YOU! Accordingly L P Adams is requesting your assistance in implementing this program by providing either your e-mail address or fax number to be utilized on the iNet form. This form is available below for you to complete and mail-in. In addition to this information we are requesting additional information which we will utilize to identify our customers in assisting us in directing specials and promotions to the proper customers. If you wish to have your invoices and/or statements either faxed or E-mailed to you please provide the required information requested on the iNet Request form. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE DO HAVE THE ABILITY TO E-MAIL THE INVOICES AND STATEMENTS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESS’S if required, if you would like to take advantage of this please include all e-mail addresses/ fax numbers to be utilized. Again if you wish to continue to receive a paper statement mailed to you, do not respond to this request. Adams we are constantly looking for ways to cut-back on fuel consumption in our fleet, be more efficient with heating, cooling, and lighting systems, and recycle all paper products, cardboard, metals, fluorescent tubes and drywall. We have partnered with Call2Recycle^®, the only free rechargeable battery and cell phone collection program in North America, to help you properly recycle used cell phones and rechargeable batteries. This service is free of charge, so please use it. Below is a list of rechargeable batteries we can recycle for you.
